Who we are

We respect and value the privacy of everyone who visits our website, and subdomains of this website, and will only collect and use personal data in ways that are described here, and in a way that is consistent with the EU General data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This Privacy Policy applies where we are acting as a data controller with respect to the personal data of our visitors and service users; in other words, where we determine the purposes and means of the processing of that personal data.
Our Site may contain links to other websites. Please note that we have no control over how your data is collected, stored, or used by other websites and we advise you to check the privacy policies of any such websites before providing any data to them.

Our Association collects the following data:
Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, etc.), and less obvious information such as identification numbers, electronic location data, and other online identifiers.

Similarly, when you purchase any of our products and services, we also collect personal data. When we make surveys, polls or quizzes, some personal data is collected. Below we explain in detail how we collect more data.
Comments and blog posts
When you visit our site and leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
We also advise that you don’t upload “disturbing photos/images” of any kind. Disturbing images also include nude and pornographic related photos.

Embedded content from other websites
Articles and blog posts on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

How long we retain your data
