These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through the Pamodzi Denmark association website, including annual membership fees and tickets for events organised by Pamodzi Denmark.

By purchasing a membership or event ticket through our website, you agree to these Terms of Sale.

Pamodzi Denmark sells:

• Annual membership fees for individuals who wish to become members of the association.
• Tickets for events arranged by Pamodzi Denmark, normally 2–3 times per year.

Event tickets may include admission only or admission with food, depending on the specific event and ticket type selected at the time of purchase.

All prices are shown in Danish kroner (DKK).

The total price, including any applicable fees, will be shown before payment is completed.

Pamodzi Denmark is not VAT registered. So, prices indicated at our site are not subject to VAT.

Payment can be made using Visa/Dankort or similar payment cards.

Payments are currently processed through Vipps MobilePay or another payment provider made available on the website.

Your payment information is handled securely by the payment provider. Pamodzi Denmark does not store your full card details.

Payment will be charged when the purchase is completed.

Membership of Pamodzi Denmark is valid for one year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

Membership gives access to association activities and benefits as decided by Pamodzi Denmark. Specific benefits may vary from year to year.

Membership fees are recurring yearly if this option is selected during purchase. Members will be informed of any recurring payment terms before completing the purchase.

Members may cancel or change their membership by contacting Pamodzi Denmark at:  info@pamodzi.dk .

Cancellation of future recurring membership payments must be requested before the next renewal date.

Paid membership fees are normally non-refundable once the membership period has started, unless otherwise required by applicable law or decided by Pamodzi Denmark in special circumstances.

Pamodzi Denmark sells tickets for events organised by the association.

Each event page will state the relevant event details, including date, time, location, ticket price, and what the ticket includes. Tickets are valid only for the specific event stated at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, event ticket purchases are binding and cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded by the customer after purchase.

Tickets may only be transferred to another person if this is allowed for the specific event or approved by Pamodzi Denmark.

Membership confirmation will normally be sent by email after payment has been completed.

Event ticket confirmation will normally be sent electronically by email or shown on the confirmation page after purchase.

The customer is responsible for entering a correct email address and contact information when making a purchase.

For online purchases in Denmark, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, there are exceptions, including tickets for events, concerts, cultural events, and similar activities taking place on a specific date. Danish public guidance notes that the 14-day cooling-off period generally does not apply to tickets for scheduled events such as concerts or theatre bookings.

For membership purchases, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, unless the membership has already been activated and used with your consent before the end of the withdrawal period.

Please include your name, purchase date, and email address used for the purchase.

For tickets to events on a specific date, the statutory right of withdrawal does not normally apply.

This means that once an event ticket has been purchased, the purchase is binding and cannot normally be cancelled by the customer, unless otherwise stated for the specific event.

If Pamodzi Denmark cancels an event, ticket holders will be offered a refund or, where possible, the option to transfer the ticket to a new event date.

If an event is postponed, Pamodzi Denmark will inform ticket holders as soon as possible. Tickets may remain valid for the new date unless otherwise stated.

Pamodzi Denmark is not responsible for costs incurred by the customer outside the ticket purchase, such as transport, accommodation, or other personal expenses.

Refunds, where applicable, will normally be made to the same payment method used for the purchase.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all purchase information is correct before completing payment. This includes name, email address, membership type, ticket type, quantity, and event date.

Pamodzi Denmark is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information entered by the customer.

Pamodzi Denmark will aim to respond within a reasonable time.

These Terms of Sale are governed by Danish law.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between the customer and Pamodzi Denmark, the customer may have access to relevant Danish consumer complaint options, depending on the nature of the purchase and applicable rules. Danish consumer guidance explains protections such as the 14-day cooling-off period for many online purchases and the two-year legal warranty for faulty goods, where relevant.

Pamodzi Denmark processes personal data in connection with membership administration, ticket purchases, payment handling, event communication, and association activities.

Personal data may include name, email address, phone number, payment information, membership status, and event participation details.

Payment data is processed securely by the payment provider.
