This year the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Pamodzi Denmark community will be held online and is scheduled for the 25th April, 14:00-16:00hrs.We warmly encourage all members to join us for this important online meeting. Your participation\r\n is vital as we come together to discuss key updates and future plans. What the AGM is<\/h3>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

An annual general meeting<\/strong> (AGM<\/strong>) is a meeting of the general membership<\/strong> of an association or organization.<\/p>\r\n

In Denmark, this meeting is required by law and the Pamodzi Denmark constitution. The AGM also acts as a review of the year and deals with issues such as the election of committee\/board members, reviewing the annual\r\n accounts and developing new  strategies\/policies.<\/p>\r\n

Although it is a formal meeting, it\u2019s a good opportunity to discuss many issues regarding policy, development of the association and projects to engage in etc. There\u2019s an opportunity to communicate with members and other interested\r\n people who want to work together with Pamodzi Denmark. <\/p>\r\n

This year, the AGM will be an ONLINE meeting via the Zoom platform. The meeting ID and code are indicated on the AGM poster. All friends of Zambia in Denmark, Zambians staying in Denmark and all those of Zambian origin who are the\r\n new Danes and their families are invited to attend the AGM.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
